Click here for a copy of the Fall 2011 Authorization for Field Use form.  The list shows the dates/times that we can use our assigned Virginia Beach City Public Schools.  Make sure that you DO NOT use the field on any dates listed under "Exclusion".  Please keep a copy of authorization form with you at all times when using a field.

Please notify your parents and players of the following Virginia Beach School Board rules:

1. NO vehicles are allowed on school property.  Please use designated parking lots.  

2. Dogs are not allowed on school property unless they are service dogs.

3. School buildings and facilities, including school grounds, are drug free zones.  This includes the prohibition of tobacco products.
