This club managed program is designed for U16B-U17B players. Players in the Elite Program train together under the coaching of the club’s Director of Coaching (DOC), Cesar Rizzo.
Although ODSC’s primary philosophy allows teams to stay together and manage themselves, the Elite Teams are formed at the discretion of the DOC’s and considers each player’s skills, knowledge of the game, dedication and attitude.
The Elite Program provides a high level competitive training environment for players looking to continue their soccer careers through high school and beyond.
When practical the Elite program can be expanded to other age groups as decided by the club.
